A stylish and spacious house, completely renovated in 2017. In this holiday home you have the best possible location in Skagen town, near the popular beach “Sønderstrand", the pedestrian street with shops, cafés and restaurants, the harbour and many other attractions.
On the first floor you find a large kitchen, an eating area, two living rooms (TV in one of them) and a guest toilet. From the eating area you have access to the property's beautiful southward wooden terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. There are two loft beds, accessed via steep stairs. The loft area beds are close to the ceiling and most suitable for children.
In the basement there is a large bedroom, sleeping four persons, and a smaller bedroom sleeping two persons. Bathroom with a shower and toilet. Scullery with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The basement has a separate entrance from the garden.
Consumption fee for power, water and heating. Deposit is added to the price and returned to your bank account after departure. Optional professional final cleaning can be ordered.

This holiday home can be booked for mini breaks and long weekends. The mini break concept gives you the flexibility to rent a holiday home for stays of less than a week.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually from 3 pm, and check-out is no later than 10 am, and key delivery and payment of the consumption is made to the Skagen Tourist Office or Sæby Tourist Office.
If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.
Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.
If you have ordered linen, high chair or children cot, these will be extradited from the local office or already in the holiday home.
Payment is usually made in two instalments.
When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the rental amount along with the rental contract from the rental agency - this need to be settled within 20 days.
The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount, and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 35 days before the start of the rental period.
If the booking is made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period, you will receive an invoice due immediately for the full rental amount along with the contract from the rental agency.

The rental agency will charge you a deposit in addition to the rental amount. The deposit depends on the facilities of the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded when the rental agency's inspection of the holiday home proved satisfactory. Deposit is normally between DKK 1.000 and DKK 2.000. Consumption can not be offset.
If pets are allowed, it is normally max. 1 pet per house.
