This new fully furnished hotel apartment is located in the centre of Hvide Sande, with a good view of the town and sea. The rooms can accommodate 4 people. Layout. Combined kitchen-family room and living room containing every imaginable amenity to make work easier during a holiday, including a dishwasher and flat screen TV with parabolic antenna. Small scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat also features a large bedroom with heated floor. The bedroom has a double bed and good closet space. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed with room for two people. A large veranda faces west, giving guests a panoramic view of the sea, the harbour and the town of Hvide Sande. From here, you can relish the sunset over the North Sea. The apartment has free Internet and there is an elevator in the building. You may have one pet at the holiday apartment. Location. The building is located in the centre of Hvide Sande. From the flat, it is only a few minutes' walk to the harbour, with its authentic fishing atmosphere and tonnes of cafés and restaurants. The North Sea and the incredible long beaches are no more than a 10 minute walk from the flat. Angler friendly. Hvide Sande is an angler's paradise. There is excellent fishing in the North Sea, in Ringkøbing Fjord and in many of the Put & Take lakes in the vicinity. The hotel flat includes a storage room with deep freezer. Guests can also use the fish cleaning site at Hvide Sande Camping from the end of March to the end of October. Optional arrival date. The arrival date is optional. Shorter stays or mini holidays are possible throughout the year. You decide the length of your stay.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. The exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for 25% of the rental amount along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount, and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, you will receive an invoice due immediately for the full rental amount along with the contract from the rental agency.

Electricity charges
The cost per kWh may vary depending on facilities and location in Denmark. Electricity charges must be settled before departure.

The rental agency will charge you a deposit in addition to the rental amount. The deposit depends on the facilities of the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded no later than two weeks after your departure provided that the rental agency's inspection of the holiday home proved satisfactory.
