This newly-built luxurious penthouse flat is located on the second floor in the centre of Hvide Sande, with a view of the North Sea and Hvide Sande's authentic fishing harbour. Interior A delightful large and bright living room, which is combined with the kitchen, which contains all possible amenities that make work easier during the holiday. The living room contains a large sofa group and a fireplace. In addition, the hotel flat offers two beautiful bedrooms with heated floors, one with a hot tub. The three spacious bedrooms can accommodate 6 people and have built-in closets. In addition, a loft for children, with 2 mattresses. The flat has a balcony facing south and a large sunny veranda facing west, overlooking the sea, harbour and town life in Hvide Sande. There is an elevator in the building. You are allowed to use the fish cleaning area at Hvide Sande Camping free of charge from the end of March to the end of October. You can also enjoy free internet in the apartment. All in all, this is an incredibly beautiful, modern hotel apartment that is the ideal setting for a good holiday on the North Sea. Location. The hotel flat is located in the centre of Hvide Sande. You exit the building right onto the pedestrian street, and the harbour, with its authentic fishing atmosphere as well as lots of cafés and restaurants, is just around the corner. The North Sea and the fantastic long beaches are just a 10 minute walk away. Optional arrival date. Your arrival date is optional. This is in ideal place to enjoy short stays throughout the year. Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. The exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for 25% of the rental amount along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount, and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, you will receive an invoice due immediately for the full rental amount along with the contract from the rental agency.

Electricity charges
The cost per kWh may vary depending on facilities and location in Denmark. Electricity charges must be settled before departure.

The rental agency will charge you a deposit in addition to the rental amount. The deposit depends on the facilities of the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded no later than two weeks after your departure provided that the rental agency's inspection of the holiday home proved satisfactory.
