This beautiful holiday home is based on the architectural idea that stands behind the black crystal form and the white in sections that highlight the surprising and special details of the house. The house is situated on a ca. 1.200 m2 big estate with partial canopied terrace and garden furniture, with 2 canvas chairs.

Big, beautiful and bright living room in the length of the whole house with access to the partly roofed over terrace with garden furniture's and loungers.
The living room contains a fire place, TV with satellite dish and a dining area.
Nice and stylish “Smith Cousine" kitchen corner with ceramic hotplates, build-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer.
3 rooms: 1 single bed + closet + desk, 1 double bed + closet, 1 double bed + closet. All rooms have an exit to the terrace/garden.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. The exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for 25% of the rental amount along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount, and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, you will receive an invoice due immediately for the full rental amount along with the contract from the rental agency.

Electricity charges
The cost per kWh may vary depending on facilities and location in Denmark. Electricity charges must be settled before departure.

The rental agency will charge you a deposit in addition to the rental amount. The deposit depends on the facilities of the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded no later than two weeks after your departure provided that the rental agency's inspection of the holiday home proved satisfactory.
