Beautifully renovated holiday home with swimming pool and room for 15 people. The house contains a nice entrance hall with stairs to the 1st floor. In the ground floor there is a living room in opening with dining area and kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace and garden. Additionally, there are 5 bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a beautiful guest toilet, another bathroom with washer and dryer and a swimming pool area where there also is whirlpool. On the first floor there is a living room with a single bed in the extension of the living room, a bedroom and access to a roof terrace. In the garden there is a beach volleyball and petanque. There is a courtyard with a terrace.

The area

There are a lot of things to see and do when staying on Mors. The fun park Jesperhus Feriepark is not far away from the area. The smalltown Nykøbing is Mors'"capital". Experience the small, idyllic streets by the harbour. The harbour is located right behind the nice walking street. The harbour offers a nice harbour atmosphere and several nice places to dine out. The monastery Dueholm is the eldest building in town and was built by the Order of St. John in 1371. Today you can visit an exhibition in the five historical buildings. The island offers a beautiful and unique nature, and the nature reserve Agerø is a paradise for those who love birdwatching. Also the fairytale castle Højris is open for visitors and definitely worth a visit. Mors is the perfect area for an active holiday. Here you can go fishing, sailing or play tennis and golf. There are golf courses in Nykøbing and Harre Vig, among others.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. The exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for 25% of the rental amount along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount, and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, you will receive an invoice due immediately for the full rental amount along with the contract from the rental agency.

Electricity charges
The cost per kWh may vary depending on facilities and location in Denmark. Electricity charges must be settled before departure.

The rental agency will charge you a deposit in addition to the rental amount. The deposit depends on the facilities of the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded no later than two weeks after your departure provided that the rental agency's inspection of the holiday home proved satisfactory.
