This pretty farm is situated on the dunes between Nissum Fjord and North Sea with its endless, white sandy beaches. This home is spacious enough for a large family. The house has 32 beds and there is a ballroom with space for 50 people on one side of the house. The farm has 4 apartments partitioned as follows: Apartment A is 157 square metres and can accommodate 10 people, apartment B is 120 square metres and can accommodate 8 people, apartment C is 67 square metres and can accommodate 6 people and apartment D is 180 square metres and can accommodate 8 people. You can simply relax in your apartment and read a good book or watch TV. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a TV room. Hot tub for two people is also available for each apartment and three apartments have sauna. In apartment D, there is an activities room with billiards table, table tennis and foosball table. Apartment D also provides access to a ballroom, where all kinds of celebrations and meetings can be organised. Children and youngsters can play outdoors, as there is a football field with huge goalposts, beach volleyball court and bowling tracks. Other activities include a forest playground and a mini golf course. Outstanding options for windsurfing are available. For fishing activities, take a 10 minute drive towards north to reach the fishing village of Thorsminde. Every spring and autumn in Thorsminde, you can enjoy a view of the true spectacle of herrings spawning in the fjord. Museum of St. George is located in Thorsminde, where you can have a glimpse into the life on the British warships of St. George and Defence. Take a small trip to the pretty, ancient town of Ringkobing, also known as the town of red roofs with inviting cobblestone streets, which is located just half an hour away from here. On the way to Ringkobing, you can also take a trip to the holiday town of Sondervig, where a golf course (with 27 holes), bowling arena, shops and local restaurants are located.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
