This beautifully bright and child-friendly holiday home is just 200 metres away from a sandy beach, which is also suitable for children. The house has lot of woodwork and is furnished in Scandinavian style with special emphasis on comfort. The comfortable leather furniture invites you to relax. The house has one large bedroom and a smaller one with a bunk bed. In addition, there is a double bed in the annex. The kitchen has a ceiling, which is open up to the ridge. Eight people can dine at the rustic table. There is an inviting bathroom and an enclosed courtyard where you can bask in the sunlight and enjoy your breakfast. On the partially covered terrace you can soak in the sunlight as you prepare a barbecue meal. This house is ideal for going on beautiful trips in the neighbourhood, so you will want to spend all your holidays here. In Slagelse you will find the ancient Viking fortress Trelleborg, one of the best preserved castles of the Viking Age. Slagelse is the main commercial town of West Zealand and is perfect for shopping. It also hosts a large barrack and every Wednesday you can see the guards riding through the city. You can cross the Great Belt and visit the island of Funen, the Jutland castles, the Legoland, Ribe Cathedral, Djurs Summerland and the Kattegat Centre. There are several fishing spots along the coast where anglers can get a good catch. If you like golf, you can visit the golf course located 18 km away. Reersø, located to the north, is a peninsula with a small fishing port and leisure boats and is absolutely worth a visit. You can go on a 9 km circular tour on the peninsula and explore this nature reserve with many rare animals and plants. Pay a visit to the Birkegårdens Haver gardens with animals and a play park or to Kragerup Gods, which offers several activities such as a treetop trail and a canoe ride in the moat.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.
