From the living room with kitchen and fireplace, you can access the covered terrace, the two bedrooms and a bathroom. This home is perfect for a small family to enjoy their holiday in the tranquil neighbourhood while enjoying all the facilities. This home is in Klegod between the fjord and sea in a beautiful natural area. The holiday town of Sondervig (towards north) and the fishing town of Hvide Sande (towards south) are easily reachable from this home. In Sondervig, there is a huge grocery store, several interesting shops, cafes, playgrounds and a small swimming pool. Sondervig is a very lively tourist destination in summer and is tranquil during winter. There is direct access to North Sea from Sondervig. Hvide Sande is a real fishing town with a lively harbour in summer and has good shopping options especially for freshly caught fish. To enjoy fishing all by yourself, plenty of options are available on the side of the quay. Abeline's House is a real farmhouse built around 1850 and the traces of life as in the past have been preserved here. Entire region has well-paved hiking and cycling trails. Ringkobing Fjord is famous for its wonderful surfing options and North Sea is worth experiencing in any season due to its rough and unique nature. To enjoy fishing in this region, you can make use of the quay in Hvide Sande or in one of the several lakes available for fishing. Enjoy the tranquillity here with a variety of animal and bird life.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.
