The house is situated in Søndervig Holiday Park, whose construction is still in progress. The houses are located close to the town centre with easy access to the North Sea. Hence the town is known as a renowned seaside resort, which ensures that the guests are happy and comfortable. The entrepreneurs know exactly what they need to do to meet the requirements of the guests. Enjoy shopping, food and coffee or get pampered in the spa. You would hardly miss anything here! The old Ringkøbing is close to the holiday park and is one of the best preserved towns of Denmark. The traditional, low-level houses, with red-tiled roof and lattice windows in Ringkøbing will take you back in time. The centre is not changed since the 19th century and is a good place to start the city tour. Go for comfortable walks on the streets with cobblestones and nice boutiques. Benefit from the special atmosphere of the harbour. Enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the fjords at the jetty. Also visit the beautiful town of Hvide Sande. The harbour is active with many fishes being caught and you find fishermen who will be ready to chat with you. Both sides of the town offer activities on and around the water. The nature is in abundance here and there is plenty of room for everyone, youngsters, elders, surfer, connoisseur of life and active athletes. All guests can use Beach-Bowl in Søndervig, a centre with many activities, some of which are chargeable.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 55 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Water: Is normally DKK 60,00 m3, the price may vary per m3, but can be seen under "Various information".
Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

At the end of your stay, this amount will be offset against your actual consumption.

Deposit
Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
