Enjoy the unique opportunity to spend a great holiday in this wonderful country house. The main building, which is the original part of a four-winged farm, is available for rent. The ground floor of the house has a large bright kitchen that opens to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a double dishwasher and a double refrigerator, both of which are integrated into the kitchen elements; a staircase leads to the basement; a separate water tap in the sink provides boiling water for tea or coffee. There is a beautiful, thatched split-leveled house with a barbecue and dining area on the south-facing terrace which is accessible through the kitchen-living room. In addition, there is a hallway-laundry room with access to the first floor via a small staircase. A bathroom without underfloor heating is also available here. Otherwise the entire house has underfloor heating including the wonderful white-pigmented plank floor. The shared room has a living room with French doors that lets in the light beautifully. Further, you are led to a hallway with access to the bathroom and a bedroom, through an elegant staircase. The first floor with an open ceiling up to the roof top comprises of a beautiful living room with large windows to enjoy the fantastic view over the waters, 3 bedrooms, sofas and a couch. Both ground floor and first floor have a flat-screen television. The television on first floor receives only free Danish channels and TV2. Your children can enjoy the 3-in-1 games table with billiards, table football and air hockey. This entire facility stands on a 5900 square metre plot. Just walk down 200 metres to enjoy the splendid view of the hill Klint Bakker. You will love watching the captivating sunset over the Kattegat with your entire family. It is impossible to find another place more beautiful than Kattegat. Go on a walk along the beach to experience the stone pillars, the unique structures created by the German artist Udo Leis and other passers-by who have copied his work. Since 1752, lime has been burnt here. Limestone is crushed. Limestone pebbles and limestone are then extracted from the Klintebjerg quarry. Therefore Klintebjerggård had a central position. The extractions and lime burning ceased in 1959 and the region is now protected. The unique ice age landscape is crucial for the very presence of Odsherred. That is the reason for it to be a geopark. Take a trip to the grave mound street and experience the landscape that has stood since the ice age, the megalithic tombs of the stone age and the grave mounds of the bronze age. You can also see the ruins of Ulkerup Village, Hempel Glass Museum, Odsherred Museum and the grassland Kongeengen with the source of Thorskilde to which many magical properties are attributed. Visit the castle of Naesholm Borg located on a small island in lake Nygård Sø and situated between Hojby and Nykobing Sjælland. You can learn to fish in the nature school located here and also enjoy expeditions into the forest, butterfly safaris, troll and fox safaris. The nature reserve Hovvig is a restored wetland and is home for rich bird life. Your children will be delighted to visit the Odsherred Fire-brigade Museum with many fire trucks. The Summerland Sjælland with a wide range of amusements for children and those young at heart, is nearby. There are 3 golf courses nearby, Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs and the Dragsholm Castle of 13th century, which is allegedly home to a white ghost. This beautiful and unique castle is located on the scenic Bay of Nekselø. You can enjoy a culinary experience of dishes made with local ingredients. The town Nykøbing Sjælland with numerous shopping facilities, several supermarkets and a nostalgic shopping street with speciality stores and cafes is worth a visit. Enjoy a pleasant climate on the harbour in Rørvig. Every day, you can buy the freshly caught and newly smoked fish here while your children catch crabs on the pier.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
