This holiday apartment is located close to the coast and the marina of Bogense, and offers a beautiful view of the sea, the coast of Funen and the eastern coast of Jutland. On the first floor there is a spacious terrace which is partly covered. On the second floor there are two balconies, both of which offer a beautiful view of the water, the lakes and the marina. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bright and spacious kitchen with good facilities is located on the second floor and has a balcony in front of it. In the well-maintained neighbourhood there are swings and sandpits. The swimming pool, Bogense Vandland, which is very popular with guests of all ages, is located within walking distance. The natural landscape of North Funen is especially suitable for cycling and hiking. Narrow, winding paths lead through idyllic villages and past impressive estates and castles. Everywhere you will see traces of the Vikings. The north is also home to beautiful dunes and vast heathlands. Hindholm in the northeast is a peninsula with offshore islands, such as Romsø and Enebærodde. A beautiful landscape shaped by the ice age, with rolling hills and a species-rich animal life awaits you here. The shallow bays are also excellent feeding grounds for birds. Fynshoved forms the northernmost tip, from where you can see far into the land and the sea. A visit to the town of Odense, located 30 km away from the apartment, is of course, not to be missed. Here you can experience Hans Christian Andersen's native city and even visit his birthplace in the old part of the town. You can also visit the outdoor museum The Funen Village, with houses that look like the ones belonging to the time of Hans Christian Andersen.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

Deposit
