Really nice cottage located in Knebel Bro Mols with stunning panoramic views of Knebel Vig and the patio door is only a few meters to the beach. There is so much is lavished on every detail and everything in the house is bright, new and modern. The house is from 1900, but has recently undergone an extensive renovation and from several rooms in the house is a fabulous sweeping views. The house is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of a convenient entrance with storage for shoes and outerwear. Lovely spacious living room with TV ( TDC Trio with a great selection of Danish and international programs ), Gas fire and a stylish dining area with direct access to the terrace and open plan although kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove / oven and fridge with separate freezer . In the basement there are also 3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 single bed, 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. The latter located in the integrated annexe, which has its own access to the garden , a private bathroom and large picture window facing the water. The second double bedroom on the ground floor have access to the bathroom with double shower . Furthermore, activity room with ping pong, foosball and Wii. The house's first floor offers 2 beautiful bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds. In addition, a nice bathroom with shower. From the master bedroom on the first floor , there is also skylight directly above the bed which brings both the sun, moon and stars into the room and direct access to the large balcony where the view of Knebel Vig can be enjoyed with your morning coffee . In the house there is also free wireless Internet . The house's surrounding garden invites you to relax and play and there are also brought a little beach at the end of the garden where children in peace and quiet can build sand castles while adults relax on the sun loungers . House large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to relax on warm summer evenings . This wonderful house is located close to the town of Ebeltoft and the nearest shops are in the nearby Knebel city . It is also possible to combine a holiday with a visit to Aarhus, which is only about half an hour's drive from the house. A few minutes walk from the house is a cozy marina and nature is obviously not in short supply in the National Park Mols . Further attractions are located within short driving distance to be mentioned settled approx Kalo Castle Ruins , Scandinavian Wildlife Park , Randers Regnskov and Kattegatcentret and there are several exciting courses in the area .

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. The exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.
If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.
Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.
The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency.
Payment is usually made in two instalments.
When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for 25% of the rental amount along with the rental contract from the rental agency.
The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount, and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, you will receive an invoice due immediately for the full rental amount along with the contract from the rental agency.
Electricity per KwH: DKK 2,50 ~ €0,35
Water per m3: DKK 52,00 ~ €7,65, some houses have a fixed price of DKK 4,00 ~ €0,56 per person per day.
The rental agency will charge you a deposit in addition to the rental amount. The deposit depends on the facilities of the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded no later than three weeks after your departure provided that the rental agency's inspection of the holiday home proved satisfactory.
