This particularly well-equipped cottage is located in a beautiful landscape with wonderful views of the golf course and the dunes in the distance. It is located in the first stage of the Søndervig Holiday Park. The houses are located near the centre of the city, which offers the easiest access to the North Sea. The city is a renowned seaside resort which takes lot of care to make the guests feel comfortable. The entrepreneurs know exactly what they need to do to meet the needs of guests. So you will not find anything missing here. You can go shopping, enjoy a cup of coffee or a delicious meal or even pamper yourself at the spa. The ancient town of Ringkøbing is located not far from the holiday park. Even there you will quickly feel welcome, because the town is one of the best preserved places of Denmark. The traditional low houses, the red tile roofs and lattice windows take you back in time. The town centre is unchanged since the 19th century and is a good place to start your city tour. You can go for a comfortable walk along the streets with cobblestones and little boutiques. The port exudes a special atmosphere. At the pier you can enjoy the sunlight and a beautiful view of the fjord. Hvide Sande is also a lovely place to visit. Although the port is active and bustling with fishing activities, you will always find a fisherman who is willing to chat. Many activities are available nearby and on the water on both sides of the city. Here you can experience a lot of nature. There is an immense amount of space for everyone - young, old, surfers, connoisseurs of life and active athletes. Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 55 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Water: Is normally DKK 60,00 m3, the price may vary per m3, but can be seen under "Various information".
Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

At the end of your stay, this amount will be offset against your actual consumption.

Deposit
Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
