The bathing area also contains an four-person spa bath, a relaxing underwater massage system, a sauna and a steam bath. There is plenty of space for the entire family to be seated at the long table in the large kitchen/family room while the day's experiences are contemplated over a good meal. From the bright, well-furnished living room there is a unique view of the Wadden Sea with its distinctive natural features and bird life. Just a 15-minute drive from this holiday home is the island of Rømø, which boasts some of Northern Europe's best bathing beaches. Rømo is an excellent destination for those who enjoy long, lazy days by the sea with a picnic hamper and a good book for company. Close to the village of Tinglev, the Sommerland Syd amusement park boasts a wide choice of amusements and attractions and is a perfect destination for both the young and not-so-young. Other local attractions include the village of Møgeltønder and nearby Schackenborg Castle, residence of Denmark's Prince Joachim. Alternatively a shopping trip to the historic town of Tønder is always a rewarding experience. Note - rental price excludes electricity etc. This holiday home is located around 150 metres from its closest neighbour (B1-109). Due to its large size, it is very well suited to smaller family gatherings or events. For larger parties, B1-005 og B1-109 are ideal to rent together as they can jointly accomodate 32 guests.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 55 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
