This beautiful holiday home is located on the peninsula of Kegnaes, which is connected to the southern tip of Als through the naturally created dam of Drejet. Marvellous beaches are located just 300 metres from this holiday home. This beach is charming during seasons and you can sunbathe in one of the protective dunes or relax with the rhythm of the waves or collect beautiful sand shells and beautiful stones. You can fish for salmon, cod, plaice or garfish along the coast. You can also find numerous historical monuments and tourist attractions in Als, such as, a few famous palaces and mills of Denmark. For example, Augustenburg Castle narrates its rich history from 1770 through its exhibits and about the ducal family of Augustenburg. Also visit the beautiful Palace Park and pretty Church Castle. Sønderborg Palace in Sønderborg depicts the history of southern Jutland under the alternating Danish and German rule with its numerous exhibits. Sønderborg Harbour has many sail boats and restaurants that contribute to its cosy atmosphere and you can also enjoy shopping in Sønderborg. To delve into the rich history of southern Jutland, visit Dybbøl Banke Historic Centre, an adventure and narrative centre. You can find the history of events in Denmark beginning from 1864. You can enjoy the activities on the beautiful hiking and cycling trails along lush hedges and through fertile forests. Als is also a good choice for wind surfers.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

Deposit
