This nicely furnished, beautiful holiday home is located near the kilometre- long beach of Lyngby. This beach has the finest sand and is the pride of the Blue Flag. Enjoy surfing in this region and you can also drive a car here. This is the most striking coastal region of Denmark (stretches up to15 km). The coastal cliffs of Lonestrup Klint with clay and sand are also mesmerising. Sea levels in the region rises up to 1 to 2 metres every year during storm. The storm passes on to the land and causes sand drift. The lighthouse of Rubjerg built in 1990 is a victim of the sand drift and is no longer functional. Enjoy an impressive view and observe the raptors such as eagles and hawks from the dome of the steep slopes of Rubjerg Knude. Lungby is located between Lokken and Lonstrup that are two famous villages with outstanding appeal. You can find attractions for all age groups in Lokken- Action House with go cart tracks and laser games, bowling, an 18-hole golf course and much more. Lonstrup is a nice fishing village located in the north and various artisans and artists have settled in this region over the years thus having several galleries. In this region, you can find several artisans working on red-hot mass of glass. Witness the work of the potters and watch the work of the artists working with their water colours, capturing the pretty landscape created by the wind and sea. This home is located not far from the commercial town of Hjørring with wide range of shops from small speciailty shops to departmental stores, quaint medieval churches and beautifully restored townhouses in the centre of this historic town. Enjoy a busy time here in summer with music, theatre, circus performances and much more. Vendsyssel Historical Museum provides an interesting insight into the past with its precious collections.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Water: Is normally DKK 60,00 m3, the price may vary per m3, but can be seen under "Various information".
Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

At the end of your stay, this amount will be offset against your actual consumption.

Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
