This wonderful home is in a nice location. This home is perfect for several families travelling together, as all the wings have three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A tiny wall separates the living area into two portions and one of them connects the bedrooms. There is an additional living room on the top floor with a wonderful view of the neighbourhood and sea in the background. Swimming pool and the children's pool are inbuilt in the pool room. Enjoy a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere in the hot tub and the sauna. The beautiful terrace is ideal to relax and dine as well as enjoy the beautiful view. The west wind shapes the trees in the dune forests. As this region is protected by Norwegian Mountains, you can enjoy most of the hours of sunshine in Jutland. This region is also comfortable for wind surfing. But this wind is not ideal for golfing in the 18-hole golf course located nearby. Råbjerg Mile is a great hiking region located here which is a great example for the rigid forces of nature. Every year the sea level rises here taking in several metres of land starting from the eastern direction. Hirtshal is just 4 km away. This serene fishery and harbour has a tranquil and peaceful ambience, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the boats or visit the modern staircase monument located high above the town with a view of the harbour, sea and the dunes. You can find numerous artisans' workshops in town and enjoy how the colours of the sea and sand influence the beauty of this country.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
