Neessund is perfectly located at the southern end of the island of Morswith a fantastic panorama view over the Limfjord and some of Denmark's most beautiful countryside. According to local folklore, before God created Denmark he first attempted a trial run. Afterwards, he decided that his initial creation was far too beautiful to be cast aside, and instead placed it in the middle of the Limfjord, where it is today known as Mors - an island containing all Denmark's varied types of landscape in miniature. 'Fjordvang'is a fashionable country estate located just 300 metres from Neessund in a location that could not be better. The property is situated on a plot of land measuring over 800.000 m2 with a 180° view over the fjord. Furthermore, it is just 18 kilometres from one of the region's best loved attractions, Jesperhus Blomsterpark, a family amusement and water park richly adorned with flowers from across the world. This property was originally a private country house built in 1956. It was thoroughly modernised and redecorated in 1993, and since then, numerous modern facilities have been added. Today, 'Fjordvang' functions as a holiday residence for guests, with enough activities and facilities to provide a holiday that is unusually rich in substance. The entire family will enjoy using the swimming pool which comes equipped with resistance swimming machine, water slide and children's pool. Back on dry land, guests have the option of playing pool or bar billiards in one of the two activity rooms. If you prefer, you can relax in the second lounge / activity room with leather suite, a bar, and facilities for darts, table tennis, and carom billiards. For those who prefer their activities a little more strenuous, this property also includes an international-standard indoorsquash court (court and rackets available for rental on arrival) with glass walls. There is also an indoor badminton court (marked concrete floor with net, bring your own badminton rackets). The enclosed indoor courtyard contains a covered barbecue area with secured tables and chairs as well as an outdoor stove, making it ideal for an 'al fresco' dinner. Changeover day FRIDAY.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.
If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.
Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.
Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.
The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.
Payment is usually made in two instalments.
The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.
The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.
If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
