The Rosenhavet House is located in Raageleje, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the beach boardwalk. The name of this house originates from many of the fragrant, wild roses that grow here. This former fisherman's house is in a completely secluded ground surrounded by a garden. Furnishing in the interior of this house provides a good ambience and a fireplace in the living room adds to the ambience of this house. A panoramic terrace is situated on the first floor. This home provides a view of water and the moving boats, which is much more interesting than the entertainment programmes offered by television. Beach with lifeguards is located just across the street. The pool is situated in a separate building. The counter current system provides fitness options and sauna in the pool room provides relaxation. You can use the outdoor swimming pool from beginning of June until end of August. The style of this house meets the characteristics of bathhouses in this region. Beautiful, sunny spots are available in the garden. Raageleje is located on a stretch of the coast of North Zealand, where the sandy beach is very smooth. This is exactly between glamorous Tisvilde and vibrant Gilleleje. The beach is excellent for surfing depending on the direction of the wind. The palaces (Fredensborg for instance), a castle (Kronborg Castle), nature (Heather Hill), a silted dune (with Tegner's Museum) and the famous art museum called Louisiana are worth a visit. Copenhagen is less than an hour away from here. Sostjernen Restaurant, one of the most famous restaurants on the north coast, is located 5 minutes away by walking from this home, Golf, tennis and horse riding are several recreational options offered here.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
