This splendid luxury holiday home with a thatched roof is located in the most beautiful section of Blåvand. The house is just 300 metres away from one of the best sandy beaches in Denmark. The house was completely renovated in 2008 to include beautiful wood and tiled floors, modern furniture and an elegant kitchen with all appliances. Flat screen TVs are available, one in each living room and also in the bedroom. In addition to high standards, this home also has a very practical design which suits guests of all ages. The dining room has a large, rectangular table, where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the pool. You can also keep an eye on your children splashing around in the pool. On the upper floor there is a large, comfortable living room, overlooking the water and the dunes, all the way back to the Blåvand lighthouse. The house also has a French balcony with a beautiful view.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.
If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.
Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.
Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.
The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.
Payment is usually made in two instalments.
The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.
The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.
If the booking is made less than 55 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Water: Is normally DKK 60,00 m3, the price may vary per m3, but can be seen under "Various information".
Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.
At the end of your stay, this amount will be offset against your actual consumption.
Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
