Description
Nice and well-kept two-storeyed holiday home located on a 2500 m2 large plot close to the Limfjord and the marina in Virksund. The holiday home was built in 1970, but was being modernized during the past years. There is a separate building with a garage and 1 bedroom. Modern kitchen in open connection with the living room with woodburning stove. There are large windows facing the garden which makes the living room very bright. From the living room you can also access the terrace and the large garden. Modern bathroom with shower, tiled floor and underfloor-heating. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double sofabed. On the 1st floor there is a large hallway with sofa as well as 2 bedrooms (open and without doors). From one of the bedrooms you can access a balcony, and you have a view towards the garden from the other bedroom.

The area

In Virksund there is a nice marina with an idyllic and maritime atmosphere. Here you also find nice restaurants and a camping site with aquapark (entrance fee). Close to the area there is Ørslevkloster Sø, a privately owned lake with fantastic fishing opportunities and a beautiful nature. Fishing cards can be bought, and it is possible to rent rowing boats. There are also excellent opportunities for windsurfing and a child-friendly beach. The town Skive is about 20 km away from the area with many shops, cafés and restaurants and an aquapark.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m. The exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for 25% of the rental amount along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount, and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, you will receive an invoice due immediately for the full rental amount along with the contract from the rental agency.

Electricity charges
The cost per kWh may vary depending on facilities and location in Denmark. Electricity charges must be settled before departure.

Deposit
The rental agency will charge you a deposit in addition to the rental amount. The deposit depends on the facilities of the holiday home. The deposit will be refunded no later than two weeks after your departure provided that the rental agency's inspection of the holiday home proved satisfactory.
