This beautiful, wooden, thatched cottage is well-maintained, well-equipped and attractively located in a clearing at the end of a road. It is surrounded by tall trees which provide shelter from the wind while still allowing both the morning and the evening sunshine to reach the two terraces, where the large stone grill makes for cozy outdoor dining throughout the summer.
The interior design is elegant and light with living rooms on both floors, where there are space for all guests. A unique architecture with large panorama windows towards the south and very high ceilings makes the main 44 m2 living room spacious and bright. The living room is arranged with new comfortable leather furniture, new 42" HD LED Smart TV with optional digital channels (It is fine to bring own CAM module and card for more channels), satellite reception, DVD player and stereo system with CD player. There is a new efficient wood stove and a powerful heater / air conditioner, which saves on electricity consumption during the winter. From the living room, large internal windows provide a view of the 25 m2 pool. The open kitchen is conveniently combined with the large screened dining room.
The functional kitchen, which was installed in 2012, opens op into the dining area and has plenty of cupboard space, 2 refrigerators with freezers, hot air oven, with grill and pyrolysis, induction cooking plates, 3-function microwave oven and a quiet dishwasher.
This pool house has five bedrooms, all of which have double beds with new luxury box mattresses. One of the first floor bedrooms even has a 180 cm wide double 2-level bunk bed. The double bed in one of the upstairs rooms can easily be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom has a new HD flat screen TV with optional digital channels.
The upstairs living room, which overlooks the main living room below, has a 2-person sofa bed and a new HD TV with optional digital channels and DVD player.
The house has two bathrooms with toilet and shower installed in 2004. The larger bathroom has a washer and a drier and connects to a sauna with two rows of benches.
The bathrooms along with the kitchen, dining room and pool room have heated floors.
The pool heats to 30 oC which makes the lighted emerald green water very pleasant. The pool room also has an extra shower and a 2-person jacuzzi with water and air massage.
For the kids, there is a playground with a large trampoline, a swing set and a covered sand pit. In front of the hours is a beach volley ball court.
Guests at the house may also access the internet from their own computer via free wifi.
The house is located in the central part of the island of Rømø within Denmark's largest national park and with short walking, biking and driving distances to the North Sea coast and the world's widest beach. Between the island and the main land lies the extraordinary marshes, which are Europe's largest feeding grounds for migrating birds.
This stylish pool house offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday year after year and is ideal for several families or couples .
Access to the island of Rømø goes via the highway, which runs along a 10 km long dam, making it simple to take trips to the mainland.
For the sake of the many birds, hares, deer and grazing cattle on the island, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually after 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
If you expect to arrive very late or on another day than the one specified in the booking form, please notify the rental agency well ahead of your arrival in order to arrange a key pick-up.
Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.
The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.
Payment is usually made in two instalments.
The first instalment covers 33% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.
The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 40 days before your arrival.
If the booking is made less than 44 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at least one day later than the time of booking.
A compulsory cancellation insurance fee is included in the rental amount.
The cost per kWh may vary depending on facilities and location in Denmark.
The rental agency will charge you a deposit, the size of which will depend on the facilities of the holiday home. When you check out, electricity charges and the cost of any damage incurred will be subtracted from the deposit.
Linen / Towels
Please bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels.
It is possible to rent linen/towel packages - price from €13 per package per week.
For long term rentals we recommend that you bring your own.
If you are 15 - 25 years of age we regard you as a youth group!
