This holiday house is located at the border of the nature reserve. A private path from the house through the white dunes leads to the beach and the sea which is around 200 metres away. The blue sea and the sparkling water provide a magical combination. Enjoy the sunset, long and bright summer evenings on the large terrace. You can splash around in the large swimming pool or enjoy an underwater massage in the hot tub. A fireplace in the house generates a cosy ambience during cool evenings. Children will be excited about the sleeping arrangements provided on the small loft. A dune behind the house offers a view of the sea. A 27-hole golf course is in the vicinity. You can go fishing in the Put & Take lakes or directly on the beach. Play bowling, mini golf and tennis in Søndervig which is located near the house. The anglers have great opportunities for a good catch either in the Put & Take lakes or on the beach. Søndervig is a home for shops with a good range of products and during summer entertainment activities are arranged for tourists here. The holidaymakers find wide ranging offers like Car-Boot-Sales and events like ‘Herring Jazz' (Sildejazz), held in the afternoons. There are about 150 houses which date back to 1820 in the city centre of Ringkøbing, the far-famed happy small town of Europe. The museum 'Strandgaarden' built in 1800 showcases the lives of fishermen and is worth a visit. You can also visit the fishing house in Hvide Sande with the largest sluice of Denmark.

Arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)
Check-in is usually between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., but the exact time will be stated on the rental contract, which you will receive from the rental agency when you have completed your booking.

If you arrive after the key pick-up has closed, you will still be able to get your key from a key locker or box. The precise location of this locker will be given in the rental contract.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10 a.m.

Getting your keys
When you have completed your booking, you will receive a rental contract from the rental agency stating an address where you can pick up your key.

The key pick-up is usually the local office of the rental agency, or a nearby petrol station or grocery shop with which the rental agency has an agreement.

Payment terms
Payment is usually made in two instalments.

The first instalment covers 25% of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency within eight days of completing the booking. When you have completed your booking, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment along with the rental contract from the rental agency.

The second instalment covers the rest of the total rental amount and payment must be received by the rental agency no later than 42 days before your arrival.

If the booking is made less than 55 days prior to arrival the holiday home provider requires online payment and the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Water: Is normally DKK 60,00 m3, the price may vary per m3, but can be seen under "Various information".
Heating oil: Heating with oil does not happen in many houses, and the price will vary from house to house.

Usually the rental agency will not charge any deposit. In special cases, however, a deposit may be charged to cover any major damages.
