Are you going to the southern parts of Zealand you have to visit the beautiful cliff area, Møns Klint. It is a wonderful and spectacular view that meets you from the top of the cliff. The white chalk cliff raises more than 120 meters from the ground - a witness to the enormous forces that has created the landscape of Møn through out the past 4000 years.
The high concentration of chalk has resulted in an extraordinary collection of plants and animals that is not seen anywhere else in Denmark. For instance you can experience 18 sorts of wild orchids, the fastest animal in the world, the peregrine falcon which you can witness while hunting pigeons and starlings with a speed of 180 km/h.
