From Næs you find a bicycle path to Knudshoved Oddem from where you have a great view to the Great Belt (Storstrømmen) und Avnø Fjord. There are several walking paths in the area. The house is situated only 6 km. From Vordingborg, where you find a lot of shopping possibilities and the old Goose Tower.
The ground is planted and partly fenced. Large terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs and barbeque. Small patio between the main house and the annex with rock terrace and bench. Sandpit, swings and pavilion can be put up. Fireplace in the garden.

Nice living room with dining area, sofa suite, TV-set and access to terrace.
Kitchen with 4 ceramic hot plates, oven, cooker hood, refrigerator, upright freezer and dishwasher.
2 bedrooms: 1DB+wardrobe, 1DB+chest of drawers + TV-set in the annex. Child bed and chair.
Large bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower, towel drier and under-floor heating.
