This rebuilt and modernised holding is situated 20 metres from Gudenåen and is surrounded by an extremely beautiful scenery. This place is a paradise for families with children and anglers as the plot stretches 3,8 km along the stream where there are free fishing rights. The neighbouring farm Birkenæsgård is a stud farm and has cattle. The house is beautifully fitted up with comfortable furniture, and the room with an open fireplace has views over the stream and woods. The owner lives in a lateral addition. Youth groups are not allowed.
