This very beautiful luxury holiday home is situated on one of the most attractive properties on Øer in the first row from the sea and with a fantastic panoramic view over the sea. This is a beautiful area which invites you to outdoor activities, and the house is near shopping possibilities and the beautiful old town of Ebeltoft which you must experience. The house is built of stone and wood which makes it light and friendly and in harmony with the nature. In the large activity room, you will find the large pool on 22,5 m2 which has a children's basin and countercurrent circulation so that you can exercise. You will also find a large whirlpool for 4 persons. The kitchen is well-equipped with all white goods. The two bathrooms make the house perfect for two families.
